5th Annual CHD Awareness Walk
Congenital Heart Defects (CHD) are the #1 birth defect affecting more than 40,000 babies in the U.S. each year. 1 in 100 births result in a child with a CHD. Nearly twice as many children die from CHD's in the U.S. each year than from all forms of childhood cancers combined.
God's Special Little Hearts (www.GodsSpecialHearts.org) holds a CHD Awareness Walk in Owenton, KY each year to raise money for research and the organization to help families that have a child with a CHD. This video will be played at the beginning of the 2010 Walk on February 20th. Thank you to all the families that have allowed us to display your childs picture and for your support!
