Bro. Ashcraft came to our church and he challenged us to give $1000 and we did that. The next week we started looking for property and God opened the door to meet these people from whom we were able to purchase eight houses. This week we bought one more and three others will follow that. We've never done anything like this befor with rental property. Its all new to us, but God just blessed us. The houses ar paying for themselves plus generating an extra $3000 monthly to our personal income. There were other buyers but for some reason the previous owners decided that they wanted us to have the properties. We know that reason was the Lord and we give Him all the glory for such a wonderful blessing through our "stepping-out-by-faith" giving. Praise God!
