Deaf 10-Month-Old Hears Mommy's Voice For The First Time

It’s a heartwarming moment captured on camera when this 10-month-old hears her mother’s voice for the first time.

Children are truly a precious gift from God. Each day, they bring us laughter, smiles and a whole lot of love. If you’re a parent, then you know that raising a child can be a new and exciting experience. But imagine if your child wasn’t able to communicate with you in the traditional way.

10-month-old Liv was unable to hear. But thanks to advances in technology, Little Liv is one of the youngest babies to receive a cochlear implant. This special video showcases the moment Liv’s implant was turned on and she could hear the world around her.

Just watch as her expression immediately changes and she starts to coo and smile. Then, Liv’s mom says ‘I love you’ and the reaction is priceless.

This must have been the sweetest sound this mother has ever heard. It is so sweet to watch this special moment unfold right in front of our eyes. I am so glad that Liv is able to experience some of life's amazing sounds, such as her mom’s loving voice.
