This video shows a formula that most prayers follow: ACTS. Adoration, Confession, Thanksgiving, and Supplication. Each of these are not presented as a checklist but more of a guide to find out what kind of "fruit" you are bearing in your life. The video also talks briefly about Spiritual Warfare as well as showcases Rev. Robert Sheffey a "powerful man of prayer" from Southwest Virginia during its frontier days.
