This family lives out in the middle of nowhere and they rarely get visitors, especially stray dogs. But that's exactly what happened one day when an injured dog walked up to their home.
This man could see that the female dog was in a lot of pain and immediately decided to help her. Even though vet bills can be expensive, he knew it was the right thing to do.
After her examination, the vet found that the dog had been hit by a car and needed serious help. Instead of walking away, this family decided to step up and take care of their new friend, who they named Betsy.
Once she was healed, it just made sense for Betsy to officially become a part of the family. Now she's living out a peaceful life in her loving forever home. What a story!
