'Soul' Official Movie Trailer For Disney/Pixar Film - Movies

This holiday season, enjoy the magic of ‘Soul’ on Disney+. ‘Soul’ follows the story of a middle school music teacher named Joe. He has always dreamed of becoming a jazz musician and performing onstage. But when tragedy strikes, Joe’s soul is separated from his body.

That’s when he meets 22, voiced by Tina Fey. 22 is a soul in training and its Joe’s job to each her about the many wonders of the world. The official synopsis says, “As Joe desperately tries to show 22 what’s great about living, he may just discover the answers to some of life’s most important questions.”

Jamie Foxx, the voice of Joe, spoke to The New York Times about the monumental film. “To me, Joe represents a lot of people who aren’t being seen right now. Joe is in all of us, regardless of color. To be the first Black lead in a Pixar film feels like a blessing, especially during this time when we all could use some extra love and light.” ‘Soul’ comes from Pixar Animation Studios and features the voices of Questlove, Phylicia Rashad, Daveed Diggs, Angela Bassett, Graham Norton and more.

Directed by Pete Docter, ‘Soul’ is truly a one-of-a-kind film that will take you to a whole new world. And starting December 25, 2020, you can stream ‘Soul’ on Disney+ and experience the magic in your own home.
