'Less Like Me' Zach Williams Performs At The Grand Ole Opry

Christian artist Zach Williams reminds us to look to God with the beautiful words of ‘Less Like Me.’ This modern day worship song is the way to give thanks to His Holy Name.

“Yeah, there’s no denying I have changed
I’ve been changed from who I used to be
But even at my best I must confess
I need help to see the way you see”

Zach Williams rose to fame with his worship anthem, ‘Chainbreaker.’ After years as a heavy rocker and drug addiction, Zach found his way to God. From that moment on, he started to use his gift of music to give praise to the Lord’s Name.

Today, Zach is at the Grand Ole Opry for a special performance of his latest single, ‘Less Like Me.’

“A little more like mercy, a little more like grace
A little more like kindness, goodness, love, and faith
A little more like patience, a little more like peace
A little more like Jesus, a little less like me”

On Instagram, Zach spoke about the meaning behind the powerful lyrics. “Looking more like Jesus is something we have to choose every day. It usually means choosing the harder option — showing someone kindness when it's easier to turn a blind eye. Forgiving someone when we don't think they deserve it.”

With Jesus in front, we will never be led astray.

John 3:16 ““For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.”
