Army Battalion Hold Newborn Daughter Of Fallen Soldier
A week after US Army Spc. Chris Harris learned that his wife, Britt, was pregnant, he was tragically killed in a suicide bombing. Harris was very close with his battalion and thought of them all as brothers, so Britt made sure to stay in contact with them throughout her pregnancy.
Today, 10-week-old Christian Michelle Harris is meeting all of these gentlemen and they're all getting the chance to hold this sweet baby. It's a picture that truly touches a special place in your heart.
Christian was born on the very day that her father was set to return home to Afghanistan and even though she'll never met her dad, she's surrounded by an incredible group that is sure to look after her. It's truly amazing to witness everyone come together for this newborn. She is going to be so loved.
