In a recent Lifeway Research study(https://bpnews.net/BPnews.asp?ID=38659), it was discovered that only about 19 percent of church attenders read their Bibles every day. Twenty six percent said they read it a few times a week.

How essential is it for Christians to spend time in God's Word? Judging from what Jesus said in Matthew 5:17-20, it is absolutely essential for the Christ-follower.
