Kua was born with a cleft lip. Other children feared him, and even if they did occasionally include him in their soccer games, his mother was always concerned that his mouth would be injured. Two years ago, Kua received cleft lip surgery through Samaritan's Purse in South Sudan. Today he flashes a big grin as he plays soccer in Yida camp. Who will find their smile this year?
