I accepted Jesus Christ as my savior May 20, 2007. I will always remember the words I said and the beautiful moment of peace and the wonderful feeling of relief that followed. I was born in Mexico a fraternal twin, my twin sister (Claudia) died at the age of six months, there are no pictures of my sister and I do not remember her; it is for this reason that I have always felt a very large empty space in my heart. Since the day that I accepted Christ as my savior I know that if I ask and it's God's will, one day I will see her in heaven. My father Isidro moved my mother Maria, my sisters Cristina, Teresa, Claudia (born 1979) and me to the US in 1983. I grew up in the Westside of Dallas. I attended Skyline High and joined the United States Marines in August of 1990. I spent my first year in the military attending schools in California, Tennessee, and Florida. For my first duty station I was sent for 1 year to Okinawa, Japan October 20, 1992 and when I returned October 20, 1993 I was sent to Marine Corps Air Station El Toro in Santa Ana, California. I met my future wife Rosie December 10, 1993 and married her September 9, 1995. My beautiful daughter Thalia was born in 1996 and my wonderful son Cristian was born in 1999. My tour of duty in the Marines ended July 1997. September 22, 1997 I was hired by Texas Instruments as an semiconductor manufacturing specialist and spent the next 8 years manufacturing semiconductors, I attended ITT Tech in 2003-2004 and with blessings from the Lord and help, encouragement, and support from my beautiful wife I graduated with a AS Degree in Computer and Electronic Engineering. I became a Process Engineering Technician at Texas Instruments in November 27, 2005. My wife Rosie and I have always considered ourselves avarge good people, a good husband and wife, good parents, and a good son and a good daughter to our parents. However, we always felt this very large empty space in our lives and no matter what we did the feeling that there was something very importatnt missing was always there. Jesus was the only one able to fulfill that empty space and in an instant was able to transform our lives forever. My children my wife and I are now reborn Christians. We got baptized as a family April 20, 2008 and now we look forward to spending eternity with Our savior Jesus Christ and maybe one day, God willing, being able to meet my twin sister Claudia.
