Freddie is originally from Florida where he has a dance background as a student, teacher and co-director. His love of movement is what peaked his interest in Ideokinesiology, Yoga and the Pilates method. He was originally introduced to Yoga and Pilates in 1997 at Harrison Center for the Visual and Performing Arts as part of his conditioning. Freddie is a graduate of New York University's Tisch School of the Arts with his B.F.A. in Dance. He is a licensed and ordained minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
