I'm a homeschooling mother of two, lovingly supported and provided for by my beloved husband ("Relationship: Taken"?! Last I checked, I was "Married".).
We met at Bible college in 1991, and married later that year. Since then, we have had to discard nearly everything we learned at Bible college, as we found ourselves having to choose between what the Bible actually teaches and what we learned at Bible college. The college is very much into the whole seeker-sensitive thing.
In April of 2006, we were kicked out of our church which had gone purpose driven. Since most churches around here are either purpose driven or emergent, we now have a home Bible study taught by my husband. He teaches verse by verse through a book of the Bible, then starts another one. It is truly wonderful.

A Prayer to Help You Comfort Others - Your Daily Prayer - April 25
Have you ever wondered if there is any purpose in your suffering? We certainly don’t go looking for suffering—it comes to us because life is a journey through difficulties and triumphs. Sufferings are a reminder of what Jesus Christ went through and it is a way for us to encourage others.
