First off, glory be to God for His grace and mercy, and salvation.
Jay Jilla is the first artist on Good For Nuthin Productions (Good For Nuthin......nuthin but God's will!!).
The album "I See Dead People" will be hittin the streets Fall 2008. The album will be touchin on the fact that those not in Christ are walking dead; and there are those that claim to be in Christ that are spiritually dead. So the great commission must be followed and the Gospel must be spread to the masses.
The album is full of trunk wangin Midwest/Down South sound!!! The lyrical style is similar to that of any Chicago artist, with spitfire tongue twistin rhymes. The tracks, half of which are produced by Jay Jilla himself, are full of trunk wavin bass, snares droppin, and hats choppin.
The first single, "Good For Nuthin", is the label anthem and beginning to end praise for the Almighty God we serve. With the hyped tempo and catchy hook the song is quickly gaining notice, and with the support of the Church will be gracing the ears of youth and belivers nationwide!!
The album also includes a couple of chopped and screwed tracks ("Time to Lay It Down" and "Eternal"), as well as a gang of bangin synthesized hard hitterz ("Persevere", "I See Dead People", "He Ain't On That", and more).
This album is guarantied to bring the Gospel and spread the good news to our urban community; and edify the youth and young adults of the church in a relevant hip hop fashion.

A Prayer to Help You Comfort Others - Your Daily Prayer - April 25
Have you ever wondered if there is any purpose in your suffering? We certainly don’t go looking for suffering—it comes to us because life is a journey through difficulties and triumphs. Sufferings are a reminder of what Jesus Christ went through and it is a way for us to encourage others.
