The Quagmire of Iraq
The great metal man image mentioned in Daniel 2, dreamed by Nebuchadnezzar King of Babylon (Iraq) over 2600 years ago, is actually a timeline for gentile rule during the "times of the gentiles". The very last part of this timeline is represented by the "feet and toes". Daniel 2:41-44 mentions "potter's clay"(useful clay) turning into "miry clay" (quagMIRE/mudhole). This is the current situation which is occuring right now in Iraq! Verse 44 says"And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven SET UP A KINGDOM, WHICH SHALL NEVER BE DESTROYED...
