The Supreme Court agreed with the argument made by Jay Sekulow that the Ku Klux Klan Act could not be used against pro-life advocates and that those who oppose abortion do not discriminate against women as a class. The Supreme Court held that this statute was inapplicable, protecting the free speech rights of pro-life advocates.
