In May of 2012, Newsweek Magazine proclaimed Barack Obama the First Gay President following remarks he made in support of same sex marriage. Many would support the President in his commitment to gay marriage, including many clergy, academics, and sociologists. What should the Christian do? Watch as Pastor MacLaren speaks on the proper definition of marriage as given in the Scriptures and demonstrates that the issues are more profound than simply the surface issues of whether homsexuality is healthy or safe. This sermon was preached at First Presbyterian Church in Perkasie, Pennsylvania on October 21, 2012. The Rev. R. Scott MacLaren is the pastor.
