Jay Sekulow Argues Schenck v. Pro-Choice Network

Jay Sekulow, ACLJ Chief Counsel, argued this landmark pro-life free speech case before the United States Supreme Court. The Supreme Court agreed with Jay Sekulow and held that "floating buffer zones," which restricted the ability of pro-life "sidewalk
counselors" to convey their message, were an unconstitutional restriction on the free speech rights of pro-life advocates.
