A Group of friends make a covenant with each other and promise not to do all the bad things they see other people doing around them. Just like God made covenants with Israel, the promise was broken many times but God gave them many chances and forgave them each time. So these girls break their promise to each other, and do not learn the importance in keeping their promise until the fourth time the promise is broken and something very tragic makes them realize that they need to renew their covenant. In this movie, Jessenia falls for a guy who isn't the best boyfriend for her. Ignoring the promise that she had made with her friends to never date mean guys, she goes out with him anyways. She starts ditching her friends to hang out with her new boyfriend, and her friends see the relationship going the wrong way. One day, Jessenia's new boyfriend gets upset because she wants to spend time with her girlfriends instead of him. He starts hurting her, and her friends find them right on time. They help Jessenia, and Jessenia sees what her friends have been trying to tell her all this time. Jessenia apologizes and realizes she should have kept the promise they had made years ago.
