I carried your cross because I love you

Jesus said that to follow him you must carry your cross. There will be a lot of opposition from some people when you choose to follow Jesus. Jesus said that they will insult you because you have chosen to follow him. Some will even spit in your face because you are a follower of Jesus - however, Jesus will be prou of you when you chose to stand up, carry your cross (just like he did) - and he will love you for carrying your cross and all the burdens and sacrifices that go with being a follower of Jesus.
