THE PRICELESS WORTH OF YOUR TESTIMONY TO GOD - Evangelist Jim Barbarossa - Part 1 of 3

How valuable is YOUR testimony? If your testimony is shared for the purpose of glorifying Jesus Christ, it is priceless to GOD!

Because God the Father has ordained to bless anything that purposes to glorify the name of His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ. If you share your testimony for the primary reason of lifting up the name of Jesus Christ for what He accomplished on the Cross, and for the change that He has brought about in YOUR life, you have the full backing of God to honor your efforts.

The structure of your testimony, whether writing it, or telling it, should revolve around what Jesus has done in YOUR life; what Jesus has done for YOU. That is what gives him glory. That is what the Holy Spirit delights the most in seeing when someone shares their testimony.

Let this sink in to the core of your being: Your testimony is not about YOU, (at least it is not supposed to be). The Holy Spirit will not use a testimony to save the life of a lost soul that does not give Jesus Christ all the glory for the change He has brought about in your life. Always remember that when you share your testimony. It is NOT about you. It is about Jesus Christ, and Him alone.

If I be lifted up, I will draw all men unto me. (John 12:32) This scripture passage has a two-fold meaning. When Jesus spoke those words, He was alluding to His death on the cross that would be happening. He would be lifted up on a cross to take the wrath of God upon Himself for the sins of every person on this planet.

The second application has to do with sharing your testimony. God is telling us in this scripture passage what He will use and what He will not use. He WILL use a testimony that is shared for one PRIMARY purpose: To lift up the precious name of Jesus, and all that Jesus accomplished for mankind on the cross.
