One Saturday morning in 2003, Jim Harrell received a call delivering the kind of news no one wants to hear. His doctor told Jim he had Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis. Better known as ALS. Or Lou Gehrig's disease. How Jim reacted, and what has happened since that day will encourage people living in crises. With his story, people are gaining an understanding of how God works in life's difficult situations. Part 1 introduces Jim, and offers an insight into his humanness when he learns of his disease.
