I know God cares for His animals and thus brought Vegas into our life by allowing us to find him abandon in our Parking lot, on a rainy Feb. Day in 2005. We took him into our lives and our apartment. Our Granddaughter named him Vegas...he is surely entertaining. He loves my Husband beyond belief...just as God our Father loves us.
