Communion and Easter: we couldn't have one without the other, "Jesus, for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising it's shame, and sat down at the right hand of God." Communion reminds us of the supreme sacrifice that Jesus made for us on the Cross. Yet it was His pleasure to do this because the Father wanted to reconcile us to Himself.
