Third Day - world is falling on you - Literally!
I witnessed this amazing event in person. Third Day was on their "Wherever You Are" tour and made a stop in Tyler, Texas, on October 20, 2006. I was stage left, just off the screen in this clip. The band was playing along and just as Mac Powell sings, "when it feels like the whole world is falling on you"... a huge chunk of the ceiling falls down, nearly crushing drummer David Carr! I couldn't believe my eyes. Amazingly, the drummer didn't miss a beat and the band carried on as though nothing happened. During the band's encore, Carr returned wearing a football helmet.
