315lbs "Gone Bad!"

I was going for a max weight with 315lbs. As I hit the crest in the pocket of the squat and felt my right hamstring tare. So I had to released the weight in my power rack. Very unhappy that this had happened as I was just getting back into my lifting after about ten years of a somewhat retirement from competing.
