October 16, 2010 I was hoping I pulled a hamstring. However it was a tare.This was the first injury I have received in my 32 plus years in trainning. In the video I was not sure of the degree of the injury. I took 12 weeks off of leg work to alow it to
heal. Now I have slowly worked it back into my program. God Is Good! I believe I did not warm up the hamstrings enough before that squat.
