Running On Trails For Endurance

Our bodies were designed to do physical work, and a large part of that work incorporates endurance. In this day and age, with much of our work involving little physical activity, it is crucial that we exercise in the upper-aerobic zone. We need to focus on working harder so that we burn sugar, which in turn will burn fat. Trail running is a great way to get an endurance workout and at the same time appreciate God's creations.
