To successfully seek and follow Jesus, one must fix their heart and mind on Him.
Psa 108:1 A Song or Psalm of David. O God, my heart is fixed; I will sing and give praise, even with my glory.
Psa 57:7 My heart is fixed, O God, my heart is fixed: I will sing and give praise.
This does not mean once a week, twice a week or even once a day, but it is constant statement.
Isa 26:3 You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You; because he trusts in You.
Isaiah 26 and Psalms 112:7 are profound statements. To obtain and keep this perfect peace, you must stay focused on The Father & Son every day -- throughout the day and evening when possible,
