Desensitized

•Mr 13:4 Tell us, when shall these things be? and what [shall be] the sign when all these things shall be fulfilled? Mr 13:5 ¶ And Jesus answering them began to say, Take heed lest any [man] deceive you:
•Mr 13:22 For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if [it were] possible, even the elect.
Don’t be impressed or distressed by what you see now because Jesus sees the future
I.Ignorant
a. Ro 10:3 For they being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.
b. 2Co 2:11 Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.
c. No believer has a disadvantage against Satan
II. Devices
a. Isa 66:4 I also will choose their delusions, and will bring their fears upon them; because when I called, none did answer; when I spake, they did not hear: but they did evil before mine eyes, and chose [that] in which I delighted not. {delusions: or, devices}
b. 2Co 11:3 But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. 2Co 11:14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
c. Don’t be fooled by your senses

A Prayer for Compassion toward Others This Easter - Your Daily Prayer - March 18
Biblical compassion exudes kindness, extends forgiveness, is humble and patient, and bears one another’s burdens (Ephesians 4:32, Colossians 3:1, Galatians 6:2). Essentially, it is selfless.
