Victory Bible Church International was established in June 1985 and was registered under the company code, 1963 (ACT 197) as a company limited by guarantee with the name VICTORY CHRISTIAN CENTRE. The name was changed to VICTORY BIBLE CHURCH INTERNATIONAL in 2000.<br /><br />THE PURPOSE OF THE VBCI<br /><br />The purpose of VBCI as reflected in its constitution are as follows:<br /><br />To propagate the Christian Faith by spreading the Gospel of Jesus as revealed through the Holy Scriptures in all places and by all means of communication whether visual, verbal, written or by personal example. <br />To ordain or license ministers, pastors, teachers and missionaries to carry out the work of evangelism and the organization of branch churches in all places. <br />To acquire and maintain in a proper state and condition church buildings, social halls, business offices, parsonages, reading rooms, recreational facilities and such facilities and structures as are deemed necessary and to organize and promote in them such activities as are necessary or convenient for the propagation of the Christian Faith. <br />To solicit for, and to raise, collect and accept funds and gifts of movable and immovable property for use in the propagating the Christian Faith. <br />To establish or otherwise provide for or to join in establishing or providing for schools, medical care centres, vocational training, agricultural projects, rural developments projects. <br />Day care centers or cr&Atilde;&uml;che and any other charitable or business ventures by way of practical Christian contribution to a local community.
