FRONTLINES

What does it mean to be on the frontlines?
2 Timothy 2:4 Says "No one engaged in warfare entangles himself with the affairs of this life, that he may please him who enlisted him as a soldier."
In warfare the frontlines are the men and women who sign up for infrantry which means they are the first to go out into battle. When I think of this I think of the movie Brave Heart or Chronicles of Narnia where the two peoples who are fighting are seperated looking at each other ready to attack. The people who are on the frontlines are in front hence the name. They are in the most dangerous place, They are the first to hit the battle running. Sometimes they are the first to die, get wounded, captured and tortured.
