SHEKINAH FITNESS - Fitness for Women
Considering that today a women who is a mother, a professional, a student and has no time for herself, Shekinah Fitness offers a style of exercise where you are able to get a complete workout in as little as 45min to na hour, leaving with your mission complete! SHEKINAH Fitness is a fitness studio for women only. The classes are designed specifically for women, where they can get a full experience of exercising, fat & calorie burning, muscle strengthening, weight loss, increase in flexibility, improvement in your physical condition and fun at the same time!
We focus on a wide variety of classes throughout the week, in order for our members to explore and challenge themselves, instead of sticking to repetition! Classes combines dance-based cardio with strength training and stretching to sculpt, tone and lengthen muscles for maximum fat burn. A fusion of brazilian style dance, boot camp training, , kickboxing, pilates and resistance training.
Our members are able to work their entire body when completing the classes; class lengths are 45 minutes to 1 hour! We get so much done, in so little time! Our members really enjoy the different atmosphere of the environment, where it has been created for women only, everyone can be at ease and make better use of classes, knowing that they are in a Feminine Zone.
With a basic attendance of at least 3 times a week, in a short period of time you’ll begin to see great results!
