Kathy and I have been involved in missions since my first whirlwind visit to Mexico in 1983. I traveled from Reynosa to Monterrey to Mexico City, on to Chiapas, through Vera Cruz and along the coast visiting Principe de Paz churches. In 1985 we were blessed to visit Bro. K.A. Smith and the school of Evangelism near Guatemala City. From there we traveled to Santa Ana, El Salvador. These were the days when communism was filtering its way up from Nicaragua, and vivid in my memory are the experiences with armed checkpoints. Further down the road, about the year 2000, we returned to La Presa, Nayarit, Mexico, which we visited twice. In 2002 the Lord dealt with and enabled us to be full time ministers for His gospel, and in 2004, being much compelled by God\'s Spirit, we launched out, back to Mexico literally as Abraham, not know whither we went. Our trip settled us in Concepcion del Oro, Zacatecas for 3 years. We are presently working with children in the area of Ciudad Acuna, Mexico.
