Thanks for the request, Patty. I'm glad you enjoyed the video. I was just playing around. It was really hailing and I ran to get the camera because it looked so cool. I had literally just prayed about rain when it started. As is was possible, but not probably (per the weatherman) we gave all the glory to God. kp

Praise the Lord Patty! I am excited that you asked about the Hawaiian beliefs. My heart is heavily burdened by the fact that many of our people think that "missionaries" came and took over and they no longer could worship the way they used to...this is not fact. Long ago when our people first settled here they followed the Lord....they called Him 'Io..."The Great God!" Hallelujah! The bible said that all people knew Him therefore there is no doubt in my mind or heart that my ancestors knew who Jehovah was. They called Him 'Io...It was man who changed and manipulated it. check out this site http://www.freehawaii.org/hh.html....Furthermore, the Lord worked in a young man named Henry Opukahaia who was born in 1792 from the island of Hawaii, I believe to bring His people back to Him...here's another site http://www.obookiah.com/ Moreover, the missionary movement was caused by Henry who longed for His people who he called heathens to know Jesus....He started the movement of missionaries to come here he asked that they come and save his people. Unfortunately he didn't live to see it happen in the physical but I know he was rejoicing in Heaven when he saw ship after ship come and minister the Living Word to his people. Another thing, the church made all who wanted to help with the mission sign a petition that if they commit to the mission they are not to take anything or sell anything on the islands for themselves. Those who didn't sign where those who chose to leave the movement and ultimately the church....see all the things that our people are accusing "missionaries" today was actuly those that back slid from the Lord. I love the Lord and know that He holds the Master Plan! Halelujah to the Lamb of God! I hope this helped u a bit....just to know that my God was always in the picture gives me peace to know that He never left my people and if I just reach out to one and make known the truth one by one He will bring them back! He promises that the sanctified, sanctifies the unsanctified therefore the Kanaka Maoli is already saved just not fully manifested yet!

    I've been married to the same sweet man for 28 years and we have 2 "adult' CHILDREN.
    God is my rock, but sometimes I do fall off. I am thankful beyond measure for the Angels who help me back up!!!!!!
    The following was written one night when the mind wouldn't shut off, (not that it ever does) So I hope you can make since of it.
    "Because I tell you the truth, you hate me?" This is not my qoute it comes from the bible. But where? And does this mean I shall always expect such contempt for being honest and telling the truth. Should one only tell the truth if it won't hurt the other. Perhaps a differant way of phrasing it. Thumb -tacks ARE just that Thum -tacks. What the????? Made to put up the note (message). They are SHARP so they can stick in most surfaces. They can hurt if you leave them laying around, forgetting their origin. Some are weak and bend right away, we throw those out. Some are tough and durable and used over and over again delivering a message of some importance, only missed when they can't be found anymore. "Oh Well, I'll just pick up more when I go out." Meanwhile down the vacuum bag, to the trash, and off to the dump. Wow !! The waiting just keeps getting harder and the testing tougher.********************** God Bless- Hold your Angels Tight- and let's ALL pray for Each Other.
