I am a serious activist for childern, I believe in making sure children as treated equally, respectfully and have Trained and Educated Teachers. I am currently fighting against allowing anyone who does NOT have a degree in E.C.E. NOT be hired, because Day Care workers should NOT be considered babysitters and NO ONE should hire ANYONE who has to degree in E..C.E> it causes all kinds of problems. And if someone hires anyone, because they "Don't have the money"to pay REAL teachers than they need to close their business or not be money greedy.

All things need to be done LEGALLY. Hre legal , Educated people. No if, and, or but.
No body gets to make their own "rules' because in Childcare there are LAWS for a reason, and those LAWS need to be followed.
