making sure to step back and remember how special and important famlies are!

I went with my husband and boys to go see the detroit tigers play. It was important to my husband that we all go for my youngest boy's birthday. I must say as much as I tried I did not enjoy myself. I wasn't keen on going in the 1st place. Looking back now I must say I am somewhat ashamed of myself. I should've done my best to remember why we were all there to begin with and now I see what my husband was trying to do bless his heart.I got a reallly bad sunburn and I was drained and I let it get the better of me.Sammy had a good time and that is what counts.although I was winey when the game went in overtime and I think that is why sammy said it was ok that we went ahead and left.We are only here on borrowed time and sometimes it's so hard to remember that.At time life can seem as though it would go on forever.The fact is lives are forever changing and we must remember this because it helps prepare us for the next phase.
