I am no longer in the flush of youth, but as I get older, and hopefully, by the grace of God, nearer to the Promised Land of the Kingdom and Eternal Life, it frustrates me that the church which is supposed to teach the Biblical truth, still teaches a) Christ was born at Christmas, b) He was crucified on Good Friday, c) Sunday is the Lord's day, and d) The Old Testament is just some irrelevant part of history which is only appropriate to the Jewish people, when quite clearly, if a careful study of the Word is undertaken, (I don't mean the type of study that you attend in your vicar's home, where you might chat about all and sundry for half an hour, then maybe have a couple of worship songs, read 6 verses of a chosen chapter, then discuss these for 10 minutes, digressing on to gossip about something else because what you discussed reminded you of an incident in the week and so on and on...)it is quite clear that points a to d, as they are being taught are contradictory to the Bible's...
