Raised in LDS inviroment, teenager I became anti God seemed like church was not for me. At the year of 18 years old after high school graduation a friend and I went on a soul searching freedom hitch hiking trip. Saw heard enough to start think about life because my friend and I had so much life in us yet what I know now we really where just running from the reallties and pressures of having to "growup and be somebody". for two months we hitch hike around northern and centeral Califonia Coast. I think today we where looking for that hippy peace love and stuff. But it was all gone the welfare hippy and hieght Ashbury Park was not even looking like what we say in school. So we contued to just live for ride to spot to ride. Meeting some very cool people on our journey. Some very stange people from the I think they did to much of something. It was very eye opening and cultural from each city we camped around. I was getting tied of the the style I did really find myself as they would say back those days. So we start heading back north up the 101 route from San Fransico along the coast. Got lucky in Santa Clara, the ride took Steve and I all the way to my home in Florence Oregon. This guy talked a little about what Jesus was all about I told him my life experience LDS belief and really thought his religion was weird. because that not what I learn about Jesus growing up. Steve my bud sleep most of the way.Well we finaly got back home. I live on Wohink Lake on the coast. I found that all the places we traveled my home here on the lake was really the place I was suppose to be. I will tell more on my next visit unless Lord Jesus comes and we get sweeped up . So Later He Will Come.
Loving God, Loving OthersHow do you typically identify someone as being a believer in Jesus?
