Hello everyone, I just found this site and I'm still navigating through it.
I'm a single parent with three beautiful children
Two of which live with me. My oldest just turned 17 so he decided to stay in Washington I miss him dearly.
I live in Hawaii and in case you don't know, we are three hours behind Pacific time. It's a bummer because when I think of calling a friend in the mainland it's too late. O-well that's what weekends are for :)
I am a true to life person and an open book but only to those that I feel I should open up to. I will share my thoughts with you and encourage you to look toward the good things in life. I try my best to always be honest especially with myself. I truly care about people and want the best for all. I am not perfect and I make plenty of mistakes but I try to learn and grow from them and apply what I learned in my life. Thats the hardest part. .
I've been through a few different denominations and believe I have been through those to find a balance that I feel God wanted to teach me through all the different styles of preaching.

I love a variety of music from Christian to Rock. Classical and international.

It is a given that I've read (red) and read the bible. I've also read Driven to Distraction by Edward M. Hallowell & John J. Ratey
