I met Michael W. Smith in 1980 and stayed with him at his apartment in Nashville. He was playing backup piano for a singing trio and had a few songs he had written. The songs were good but I did not think he was good enough to make it. He asked me to play drums with the group, but I declined since I had more experience touring and recording than he did and thought breaking him in would be too much of a drain on me. I state this to say, you never know who God has in your path and we have a choice. I also went to Keith Green's house and he asked me to join him in 1978, but I declined. He became a major Christian artist following that. "The man got to heaven and asked God, why didn't you give my music a chance... and the Lord said.. I sent Michael, and I sent Keith and a few others.. but you didn't get it". Sometimes we need to hook up with the ones that God sends our way, even if they don't appear in the fashion that you expect at the time... hang in there!
Thanks for the invite to look at your videos Gavin..Your heart comes thru. My favorite of the 2 was I will seek you...although a better name might be "Wherever I go" ...that's just what stuck in my mind after hearing it. Happy thanksgiving in the UK !

Greetings in the MIGHTY NAME of JESUS!!! You're right on track with the YOUNG EARTH CREATIONISM..."BLESSED are they that have not seen, and yet have believed." JOHN 20:29...I have touched a real dinosaur bone which had just been unearthed in Montana...To me, it did not "feel" millions or even 100s of thousands of years old...Just my opinion...How long ago was the "Age of the Dinosaurs:"...I figure, early man polished-off the dinosaurs for some nice BIG Bar-be-cues ... Don't you think??? Instead of hunting and killing like rabbits or something...I'm no anthropologist=JUST A BELIEVER IN THE WORD!!! I'll check-out your videos...AWE7
Yeah Smitty go! Great song by the king of Contemporary Christian music, a modern take on Topladie's When I Survey The Wonderous Cross. Very uplifting, some nice use of Windows Photo Story 3 for the slide show, presenting some appropriate imagery. Where would any of us be without Christ's victorious cross, where all our sin and sickness was laid? Hallelujah!
Lovely video, its like mine!!! (I Will Seek You and I'll Be Right Here For You) (WIndows Movie Maker, and Photo Story 3 me thinks!) Beautiful imagery set to a very well written song, gorgious male vocals, embelish this stylish and well produced Christian ballad, well done, a cl$@$@ act all the way. Gavin M. Cox

Wonderful, wonderful, such pure worship, so anointed, this will lift anyone to the Throne Room and into the very presence of the Lord. My prayer is that the Church will grasp this vision of intimate, honest, heart fealt and intense, passionate praise, so that 'the earth will be full of the knowledge of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea', amen!
Very commercial, great hook, cool sound, very USA boy band, the UK band McFly has borrowed muchfrom this genre. OK, if they're Christians and being Salt and Light in the Industry, great. But I agree with a few comments ago, this video has nothing to do with Christian music, so why on this site? Perhaps we can be reminded to pray for them.
Very commercial, a great look, Avrile Lavigne meets the Bangles! Top notch musicianship. However I found any Gospel message difficult to discern, very cross-over. Good video, high octane, fun to watch.
