Our ministry grew from a Sunday School class. The church had no organized youth ministry. The Sunday School class, which was taught by Sis. Lori Shaw, began to take on more characteristics of a youth group. We eventually began holding meetings on Wednesday nights. Since then much has changed. We have a name and a bigger room and we are developing the program further as we continue to grow.

Under the leadership of Tyler Holton, Full Throttle's mission is to provide a place where the Bible is explained in a way which today's youth can relate to and understand. It's a place where youth can experience God in a way different than they have before. We strive to help others see that Jesus is the truth, the way, and the light and that he still reigns today. No matter what you face there is a way out. There is a way to overcome everything that has come against you. That way is made through a life changing experience of God's power and love that Christians call "getting saved." Jesus was a dude who was the only one who has ever lived a perfect life here on Earth. God sent Jesus here to save everyone who would believe. Jesus wasn't sent here to make you an object of shame or to tell you that you are not good enough. He came to show us a better life and to set us free from the very things that cause us so much pain. Everyone has sinned. The only way to overcome that is to let Jesus help you out.
