Overwhelm

Have you ever felt like you are running up the down eselcator ? That is what I am going thru right now. There is a lot of changes taking place in my life. And they are all very major. Sometimes I feel overwhelmed and that I cant take it anymore. Then I will lay in my bed at night and just pray thru tears " God HELP ME!! " and He always does. So if you are reading this just know that, God will always be there for you even of it doesnt feel like it.
