I am the type of person who will burst out laughing in a room that is completely silent at something that happened yesterday. I love thunderstorms, squishing mud between my toes, catching lightening bugs, making snow angels, splashing in mud puddles, Dr. Seuss books, family bike rides, warm gooey chocolate chip cookies, kissing scraped knees, jumping into a pile of raked leaves, snorkeling, sunsets, holding hands, snuggling under a blanket with a good book in front of a fire, sleeping under the stars, bonfires, swimming under waterfalls, waking up every morning beside my hubby, eskimo kisses, and so much more! I enjoy life and try not to take a moment for granted. The very center of who I am is my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He is why I live, He is why I get up every morning and 'try again.' Everyday I do my best (which isn't ever all that great) to live a life worthy of His death on the cross. I want to be the type of girl that when my feet hit the floor in the morning saten shudders, "Oh S****(sugar), She's awake!!!" I married my high school sweetheart and after five years of marriage I am happy to say that we are still in that starry eyed, 'honeymoon' faze. Don 't get me wrong, marriage is tough some days but through it all we are able to grow closer and more deeply in love every single day. I love sharing every detail of my life with him! I am so very proud of him and I am very excited about what God is doing in our lives. I am the very proud Mommy of two beautiful daughters who are the world to me. Kayli Lynn is four years old and a fiercely independent, loving big sister. Katherine Marie is 2 years old, she was practically born smiling and has never stopped, she also loves to sing, and is very skilled in avoiding potty-training. The most exciting thing in my life right now is that we are trying to adopt a sweet little boy from Poland. It's an interesting story about how it all came about and it is cool how God shows up in the neatest of ways. I don't know how long this adoption process will take (forever it seems) but I know God is in control of it all. Karol is 3 years old and will be loved by our whole family just as much as our girls! I love being a mother and I would have a hundred children if it were possible. There is no other job in the world for me. My house is almost never clean, (we're too busy living in it); but, I love having friends and family over because I enjoy having my home filled with love and laughter. Friends new and old are always welcome at my house. Game nights occur often and usually at the spur of the moment.
