HERE IS MY STORY AS OF Autumn 2008.....I'm a licensed P.E. (Professional Engineer) in Mechanical Engineering, and I am the Vice President of a consulting engineering firm here in Fresno CA. I have worked for the same company now for 32 years! I can't even believe it myself! I am married to Ginny. We have five children between us. Ginny and I married in 1996 and blended our families together. We have "his and hers, but no ours!" I have three children from my previous marriage to Cindy, who was my high school sweetheart. Tragically, Cindy died of cancer in 1994 at the age of 36. My youngest daughter Courtney is a sophomore studying public law/politcal science at the University of California, San Diego. Ryan, my middle child, is a business major at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo and is in his senior year. My oldest, Lisa, is an elementary school teacher. Her husband is a Civil Engineer. My wife Ginny's oldest, Alexandra graduated this past summer from St. Mary's with a degree in anthropology/archeology, and she is currently teaching English in China for a year. Ginny's youngest daughter Amanda, is in her junior year at St. Mary's College studing business.

I would like people to know that I'm a Christian. This doesn't mean that I lead a perfect life, in fact quite the contrary. I battle with my habits and my sin nature all the time, but there is nothing more freeing to the inner soul than the unconditional love and grace that comes from God. No matter how much we make a mess of our lives, He is always there ready and waiting, and He will forgive you. Accepting the salvation so freely given to us by our Heavenly Father can give you inner peace. .
