My name is David Petit, but the Australians I live with call me Davo. I play in a band called JaeL that Doubles as a true Music Missionary Group focused on reaching people for Christ and bringing the Body of Christ Together. I've been saved since May 2009, Baptized June 16th 2009, and at the same time people often mistaken me for someone who's been a Christian for most my life. I went to Northside Christian Bible School from Pre- K to 3rd Grade but I really have to say most of my growth has come from my Thirst and Hunger for a deeper understanding of the Word and the want to Grow. I never knew how tough following God's Will for my life could be and for the longest time couldn't understand James 1:2 where is says "Consider is pure JOY whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance." I mean yeah, You can say you understand what something means but do you TRULY understand it? Have you lived it out and felt JOY from PAIN? It's so wild, so crazy..... And here I go Preaching. LOL! Ok, so basically I'm part of what my friend Gary calls the Quickening of the Spirit. It's a painfully fast growth in Christ. I'm not out of it yet either. Besides all that, If you talk to me you'll find I'm rather easy to get along with, I Love Jesus Christ, and I am one of those people you don't have to be afraid to talk to about anything, because I'm always going to help you as best as I can.
