Dakota is an 8-year old from Olmsted Falls, Ohio who is battling the hereditary, degenerative neurological disease, Tay Sachs, which is ALWAYS FATAL in children. And in spite of this reality, Dakota is being strong, and she has a dream.
What is Dakota's Dream? For November to be Tay Sachs Awareness Month and for Dakota's peers to help raise money to fund the research necessary to find the cure for Tay Sachs.
On November 24, 2007, Dakota's friends, family, and concerned citizens will go door to door trying to collect $100 each. Will you be one of Dakota's friends and participate in making Dakota's Dream come true?
