As a former cross country/track athlete as well as a christian this video is an inspiring metaphor for living life with Christ. Life is a long distance race, and we often times get bogged down by things such as injuries, work, school, kids and a variety of other things, but regardless of how we start it's how we power through them and finish that matters. We are to give 100% of ourselves to Christ everyday, just as you give 100% of youself in a race, and even if we get injured we know that Christ will be there to hold us up and carry us across the finish line.

1 Corinthians 9:25: Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last; but we do it to get a crown that will last forever.

Part Speed, Part Stamina, All Heart...and it's not just putting your whole heart to completing a race, but your whole heart into serving the needs of others. Truly, it is not about where we finish, but how we finish. Do we apply this principle in our everyday life? Or are we just concerned about where we finish in the end?

''....it's not where you finish, but how you finish". The race for all Christians is before an audience of One, the reward does not glorify the flesh, why would you try to win it by all worldly means?
