Should Christians Go Clubbing?

This definitley helped my whole outlook & stregnthened me alot! I am a Chritian Artist who has had alot of offers to sing at places including clubs, and I have been questioning wether I should be doing that just incase people get the wrong idea of christianity or wether I should be walking into such a dark place... But what did jesus do? He went , and he went where it was dark and he showed them a way. I believe now that no matter where you are you can bring light. I believe that going to perform at a club is okay if your true intention is to help people find the light & if you are totally STRONG with jesus and stand by gods word. You definitely have given me more security for this area, I believe we need to help everyone in this world as we all are precious and NO ONE should be left behind. Sometimes we must go where darkness is to help someone who's never seen light before, to be a pillar of light so that others can see the way of truth, This does not mean DOING what THEY do but standing up for god as an example. Preaching in church is highly effective for people who go, though many people need to see light first to go to church and for those who are strong enough to stand in that dark for god go for it! :)... what time would you have to preach in the club? I don't believe that club time is the best for preaching. Going to the club with guise of preaching might be much of self deception than acting in reality. thanks
