I lost my son, Cameron, in October 2011 as well. He passed away on the 6th @ 15 years of age. He had Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. He would have turned 16 yrs old on July 1, 2012. I miss him so much. When I saw you post, I just had to write to you. I am still waiting for the collision too!

I know what you mean. I lost my 14 yr old son to a brain tumor 15 yrs ago.. I first heard this song on my way to work, and it explains so well how we've been able to go on and heal. The healing isn't in the why - but in the Healer

My 14 year old daughter passed away 8 years ago and everytime I hear Mercy Me, I feel God's love. A part of me has died and He breathes me back to life. WOW!

Wow, I cannot imagine that hurt. I'm so sorry to hear that. I have four teens and I fear for that to ever happen. I think I would die inside. Keep holding on dear sister and wait for the collision, as you said. I will pray for you to have the peace that passes understanding. I don't know if you have ever read, Hinds Feet on High Places, a great book for Christian women. It might bring some comfort to you, right alongside God's word. God bless you and keep you.

Good timing. I guess that really means, "God's timing." Part of me has died and I'm waiting for Him to breathe me back to life... maybe I can have some hope now that that will happen. Anyone tell me when?

Bittersweet is a good word. He is so right about the house of mourning and gaining perspective on what's important. I love Mercy Me.
